Dr. Evelyn Miller

Evelyn Miller got to know Semira Soraya-Kandan at a course for systemic constellations of Matthias Varga von Kibéd.  

She knows the reality of leaders from first-hand experience. As a biologist her speciality is to develop people and organisations with a systemic approach. She also supports people in crisis situations with coaching, shiatsu and mental fitness techniques.

She lived in different countries – USA, Spain, Switzerland and Germany. Building broad international experience in Organizational Development for 20 years in multiple companies and industries (life science, agrobusiness, pharma, biotechnology, construction material and automotive). She could build her expertise by navigating through a wide range of waters in leadership roles – e.g. leading global transformation programs, Head of organizational development, Head Operational Excellence. She holds a PhD in Biology and a Master of Business and Engineering.
